Complaints and returns
Complaints can be submitted by email to support@messedbydress.com, providing the order number and describing the product defect. After sending photos and the complaint form, we will review the complaint within 30 days and offer a partial refund or a new product.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order. The product must be new, unused, and returned at the customer's expense, unless the error was on our part. Once the return is accepted, we will refund the money to the original payment method.
